All Shipping Rates are based on weight and the number of items. We ship anywhere. We ship within U.S. via USPS Priority Mail. It takes around 5 business days for the orders to reach. International shipping may take around 15 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All discounted and sale items are final sale. No returns/exchanges/refunds can be applied.
Regular-priced items maybe be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition. We expect the tags to be on the garment to track the garment codes etc. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged goods. Please include the order number, a copy of the payment receipt along with a description of the reason of return in your return shipment.
We reserve the right to determine if the alleged damage to the product qualifies for a refund. If it does, you will be provided with instructions to return the product. We are not responsible for lost returns or if the item is damaged in the mail. Once items have been received, you will receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping both ways). Please allow one week for processing from the point at which we receive the returned item(s).
We have the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email once we have processed your refund.
